Justin came to do an estimate for a skylight replacement. After a quick assessment, he went ahead and installed the skylight for me and advised me that I had over-purchased and could return the extra items. He was done within 15 minutes and the new skylight looks great... very fast and friendly.

Had two windows that had some part of the track or springs system (not a window person) come out and the windows no longer sealed properly or could open or close. They came out to give a quote, and on the spot he fiddled and fixed both windows within 10 mins, and didn't even charge us for coming out. Have won a future customer for sure.

Great service. Couldn't beat the prices around, and they offer military discount which was also a plus. Installation and serive was fast and efficient. The installer was respectful and fast with his service. If I ever have a broken window, I'll choose these guys again

It is getting rarer to find quality customer service these days, but Justin delivered. They had a scheduling problem (someone got sick - I got it), but instead of blowing me off, he came and PERSONALLY did the install, and in record time to. While he was there he took his time to make a great recommendation on other repairs I needed to make before the winter, even though it didn't benefit him even remotely. Really cool dude and the rest of his team (Samson, Cassie, McKenna) were awesome as well. Definitely bringing them back to work on some other windows next spring.
